In the Ratlings calendar this Annual Ball is their special evening and the end of the year for Queen Ratling Susannah. Tonight was extra special as we end the 80th year celebrations of the Grand Order of Lady Ratlings. Hostess for the Ball, Queen Ratling Susanna with her Consort Husband, the handsome Rabbi Neil Levene.
