The Ratlings Christmas Party is an exciting evening, at which the Queen Ratling announces the new Queen Ratling and her Officers for the following year. This year however there was a new award, The “P.Q. Joanne Hall Jesters Award” sponsored by P.Q. Joanne’s close friend Richard Mann. Queen Ratling Susannah was totally astounded as she opened the envelope with the 1st recipient’s name…Queen Ratling Susannah Levene.
