Carmen Silvera was Queen Ratling In 1997. The delightful “ALLO ‘ALLO! “Actress was such a wonderful Lady and did so much for Charity. It was not surprising that when her agent and friend Barry Burnett suggested an Award in her name, it was met with great enthusiasm by the Order. Where better to introduce the Award than at the GOLR Cup of Kindness Charity Luncheon.
