A famous Policeman opens the Lady Ratlings Annual Bazaar at "Roswyn". Water Rat Graham Cole alias P.C. Tony Stamp from TV's the Bill, was there to give a helping hand to Queen Ratling Marsha Rae and her lovely Sister Ratlings.
