The Dame Past Queen Malka Elvin “ Ratling of the Year Award”.
This very special award was set up by Dame Malka in 1993 to honour a Ratling for outstanding services to the G.O.L.R. The 2007 recipient, Scribe Ratling P.Q. Sharon Maxim presents the refurbished plaque to 1st Guard Billy Roper, the new Ratling of the Year for 2008.
